Per quanto riguarda i beni acquistati ad alta frequenza, ovvero quelli della spesa di tutti i giorni, nel mese scorso i prezzi sono aumentati del 2,5% su base annua e dello 0,3% su base mensile. I beni alimentari mostrano un aumento base tendenziale a gennaio del +0,4%, mentre su base mensile il tasso è rimasto invariato rispetto a dicembre.

Entro la fine del mese di aprile circa 100 supermercati Standa passeranno sotto l’insegna Billa , il marchio tedesco della distribuzione Rewe.

La nuova strategia presentata in questi giorni prevede l’apertura di 10 nuovi punti vendita all’anno per 10 anni e una serie di prodotti nuovi a marchio Billa destinati a coprire tutte le categorie merceologiche.

By the end of april around 100 “standa” stores will acquire the insignia “Billa”, Rewe german’s brand

The new strategy of the group, who has been recently presented, counts on the opening of 10 new stores per year for ten years and count on the introduction of several new products branded “billa” who will cover different clusters.

Acquisizioni: Wal Mart compra Vudu

Wal Mart ha da poco confermato di aver acquistato Vudu, società specializzata nella distribuzione di film e serie televisive attraverso la Rete. L’operazione sarebbe costata 100 milioni di dollari.

Vudu offre un catalogo di circa 16mila titoli e mette a disposizione degli utenti un’ampia selezione di film on-demand in Full HD. Ogni titolo può essere selezionato e noleggiato direttamente dal proprio televisore collegato alla Rete per essere poi visualizzato in streaming, senza particolari tempi di attesa.

Wal Mart buys Vudu

 Wal mart has recently confermed the acquisition of “Vudu”, a specialized onlien retailer for movies and TV shows.

Vudu offer a catalogue of apporx. 16 thousands titles and provide users with a large section of on-demand FULL HD movies . Each title can be selected and rented directly through the home tv and can be watched in streaming without any remarkable waiting.
